Vinyl, CD and DVD
180 g vinyl records in black or colour, with a printed label and sleeve. CD and DVD runs.

We manufacture vinyl records, CDs, DVD-5, DVD-9 and Blu-ray discs with high-quality offset printing. In 2003 we won a gold medal at the International Technical Fair in Plovdiv.
180 g vinyl records
Records are pressed on NewBilt machines, with tight quality control at every stage. We make 12″ records at 33 and 45 rpm, 180 g, in black or in colour. We print sleeves, inner sleeves, inserts, labels and stickers in full colour or special colours, with varnishes and embossing, and pack each record in a card sleeve, inner sleeve and shrink wrap. Runs start at 150 copies.
- Cutting. The audio is cut onto a lacquer.
- Plating. The lacquer is plated to make the stampers.
- Pressing. A heated PVC puck is pressed with the labels between the stampers.
- Printing. Sleeves, labels and inserts are printed offset.
CD and DVD
We make a glass master, a nickel stamper from it, mould the polycarbonate disc and metallise and varnish it. We also offer:
- full-colour printing on the disc, with a free design for it
- individual packaging: digipaks, cases, booklets
- recording of music, films, software and presentations, with copy protection
- discs in different sizes, and combined discs with software and music
- CD-R and DVD-R with your logo, and USB cards with your music
Since 22 March 2020, certificates are no longer issued for optical disc production in Bulgaria.
How to order
Send the audio as WAV or AIFF (16–32 bit, 44.1/48/88.2/96 kHz) and the print files as PDF, with the quantity you want. We invoice, and production starts once the invoice is paid in full by bank transfer. It usually takes about six weeks from payment, but leave room for holidays and the factory's workload. Four weeks is sometimes possible.
On request we make test pressings: five copies for 60 euros plus postage, adding three to four weeks. If they do not match your file, we remake the stamper at our cost. We keep stampers for at least a year so you can repress.
Your audio
The record sounds like the file you send: we add no mastering or compression. We recommend a master made for vinyl by an experienced engineer, with a track list and timings. A side longer than 15 minutes plays quieter: the shorter the side, the louder the sound. A record is a physical object, so dust and static can be heard.
