The quote form

When you ask for a quote, we receive what you type into the form: your name, your company (if you give one), your phone and email, the service, the description of the job (sizes, quantity, deadline, installation address), a link to files if you add one, and the files you attach.

We use these details only to send you a price and a lead time and to stay in touch about this request. A copy reaches our inbox as an email, so that we can reply to you.

Your files

Attached files reach us only as attachments to the email. The site does not store them anywhere: the database keeps only their names and sizes.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are deleted automatically 12 months after you send them, and we delete the emails and their attached files within the same time. If a request becomes an order, we keep what the order needs for as long as the law requires.

Who helps us run the site

• Vercel hosts the site. Its Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
• Neon stores the quote requests in a database in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot. It runs in your browser while the form is open, and Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser for this purpose only. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.
• To stop the form being misused, we keep a one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself, for 2 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your request, or to stop using it: write to the address above and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg.
